    Без подписки и без рекламы почти невозможно. Там всё платно. Медицинский вестник — Там каждая статья проходит через редакцию. Кто-то за вестником новых медицинских технологий. Вестник офтальмологии — важно, чтобы издание было в перечне ВАК. Рекомендую ознакомиться с источником: журнал здоровье требования https://homerenow.ru И про требования к статьям для врачей. Иногда лучше подождать и найти стоящее издание.
